Musnad Ahmad 33:477

Isma'il ibn Muhammad—who is Abu Ibrahim al-Mu'aqqib—narrated to us, 'Abbad ibn 'Abbad narrated to us, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The *sa'ibah*—and Khalaf ibn al-Walid said: 'The *sa'imah* (grazing livestock)'—is *jabbar* (liable for no compensation), the well is *jabbar*, the mine is *jabbar*, and in the *rikaz* (buried treasure) is one-fifth." He said: Al-Sha'bi said: "The *rikaz* is the ancient treasure."
