Yunus narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Zayd—narrated to us, from ‘Asim, from al-Sha‘bi, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A woman shall not be married [at the same time] as her paternal aunt, nor as her maternal aunt, nor shall a woman be married [at the same time] as her brother’s daughter, nor as her sister’s daughter."
