Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, he said: I asked Jabir about al-Aqabah, and he said: Seventy [people] witnessed it, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, agreed with them, and Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib was holding his hand. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "I have taken and I have given."
