Musnad Ahmad 33:602

Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that he heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "I am your forerunner before you. If you do not see me, then I am at the Basin (al-Hawd), the distance of which is between Ayla and Makkah. Men and women will come with water skins and vessels, but they will not be given anything to taste from it."
