Musnad Ahmad 33:75

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far and Hajjaj narrated to us, they said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, he said: I heard Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah, he said: When my father was killed, I began to uncover the cloth from his face. He said: The people began to forbid me, but the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) did not forbid me. He said: My paternal aunt, Fatimah bint ‘Amr, began to weep. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whether you weep or do not weep, the angels have not ceased shading him with their wings until you lifted him." Hajjaj said in his narration: "Shading him."
