Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Whoever wishes to fast, let him take the suhur (pre-dawn meal) with something."
