Musnad Ahmad 33:875

'Abd al-Samad ibn 'Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, al-Jurayri narrated to us, from Abu Nadrah, from Jabir, that he said: The Banu Salamah wanted to sell their homes and move near the mosque. This reached the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, so he said: "Keep your homes, for your footsteps are recorded."
