Musnad Ahmad 33:907

Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: I heard my father narrating, from Muhammad ibn 'Ikrimah, a man from Juhaynah narrated to me, and we were with Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jabir, from his father Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Any man among the people who swears a false oath at this pulpit of mine, by which he acquires the right of a Muslim, Allah will cause him to enter the Fire, even if it is for a green tooth-stick (miswak)."
