Yazid narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Malik informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abd Allah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the *duba* (gourd), the *naqir* (hollowed-out log), the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel), and the *hantam* (green glazed jar)."
