Musnad Ahmad 33:949

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying: A dabb (lizard) was brought to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he refused to eat it. He said: "I do not know, perhaps it is from the first generations that were transformed."
