Musnad Ahmad 33:951

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, 'Amr ibn Dinar informed me, he said: I heard Jabir ibn 'Abdullah saying: When the Ka'bah was being built, Al-'Abbas and the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, were carrying stones. Al-'Abbas said to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Place your lower garment" — 'Abd al-Razzaq said — "upon your neck [to protect it] from the stones." He fell to the ground, and his eyes stared toward the sky. Then he stood up and said: "My lower garment, my lower garment." So he stood up and tied it upon himself.
