Musnad Ahmad 33:953

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Abu al-Zubayr said: Jabir ibn Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no cutting [of the hand] for the plunderer, and whoever plunders a public plunder is not of us." And he said: "There is no cutting [of the hand] for the traitor."
