Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, that there was an amir in Medina called Tariq, who ruled regarding the *‘umra* (life-gift) that it belongs to the heir, based on the statement of Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
