Musnad Ahmad 33:966

Yahya ibn Zakariya narrated to us, Hajjaj informed us, from ‘Ata’, and from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that fruits be sold until their ripeness becomes apparent, and that they be sold for two or three years.
