Rawh narrated to us, Zakariya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying: A man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of God, I saw in a dream that my head was cut off, and it was rolling, and I was following it." The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "That is from Satan. So if one of you sees a vision he dislikes, let him not narrate it to anyone, and let him seek refuge in God from Satan."
