Musnad Ahmad 39:1

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, who said: Khumayl narrated to me—I and Mujahid—from Nafi’ ibn ‘Abd al-Harith, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Among the happiness of a person are: the righteous neighbor, the comfortable mount, and the spacious dwelling."
