Hadith 1302:17
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, who said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan used to send for Umm al-Darda', and she would spend the night with his wives, and he would ask her about the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: So he stood up one night and called his servant, but she was slow to come to him, so he cursed her. She said: "Do not curse, for Abu al-Darda' narrated to me that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: 'Indeed, those who curse excessively will not be witnesses nor intercessors on the Day of Resurrection.'"
