Hadith 1135:2

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi’b informed us, (and) Hashim (narrated) from Ibn Abi Dhi’b, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Nawfal ibn Mu’awiyah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever misses a prayer, it is as if he has been bereaved of his family and his wealth." Hashim said in his narration: So I said to Abu Bakr: "Which one is this?" He said: "The Asr (afternoon) prayer." And Yazid said in his narration: So I said: "Which prayer is this?" He said: "I do not know." Al-Zuhri said: As for this hadith which [Abu Bakr] narrated to us, Salim narrated it to us from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, it is as if he has been bereaved of his family and his wealth."
