Musnad Ahmad 403:20

Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: Muhammad ibn Sulayman narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Amr ibn Dinar, from Ibn Abbas, from as-Sa’b ibn Juthama, that he brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, a wild donkey, and he returned it to him and said: "We are in a state of ihram; we do not eat game."
