Musnad Ahmad 456:6

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Salih ibn Kaysan, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Utbah, from Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani, who said: A man cursed a rooster that crowed in the presence of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not curse it, for it calls to the prayer."
