Musnad Ahmad 8:146

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Mus'ab, from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, that he used to command these five [supplications], and he would narrate them from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from being returned to the most abject age [of senility]. And I seek refuge in You from the trial of the world, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave."
