Musnad Ahmad 8:18

Rawh narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Humayd al-Madani narrated to us, Isma'il ibn Muhammad ibn Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded me to announce during the days of Mina: 'They are days of eating and drinking, so there is no fasting in them,'" meaning the days of Tashriq.
