Musnad Ahmad 34:10

Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mu'awiyah, from 'Uthman ibn Abi Sulayman, who said: Safwan ibn Umayyah said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saw me while I was taking meat from the bone with my hand. He said: "O Safwan." I said: "At your service." He said: "Bring the meat close to your mouth, for it is more wholesome and more agreeable."
