Musnad Safwan bin Umayyah al-Jumahi (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
مسند صفوان بن أمية الجمحي (2) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 34:8
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Sulayman—meaning al-Taymi—informed us, from Abu Uthman—meaning al-Nahdi—from Amir—meaning ibn Malik—from Safwan ibn Umayyah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The plague is martyrdom, and drowning is martyrdom, and [dying of] a stomach ailment is martyrdom, and the woman who dies in childbirth is martyrdom."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، قال: أخبرنا سليمان يعني التيمي، عن أبي عثمان يعني النهدي، عن عامر يعني ابن مالك، عن صفوان بن أمية، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " الطاعون شهادة، والغرق شهادة، والبطن شهادة، والنفساء شهادة "
