Musnad Ahmad 124:3

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa’d, who said: I saw the men with their waist-wrappers tied around their necks like children, due to the tightness of the waist-wrappers, behind the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in prayer. A speaker said: "O assembly of women, do not raise your heads until the men raise theirs."
