Musnad Ahmad 9:18

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Talhah ibn Abdullah ibn Awf, who said: Arwa bint Uways came to me among a group of Quraysh, among whom was Abd al-Rahman ibn Amr ibn Sahl. She said: "Indeed, Sa'id ibn Zayd has diminished from my land into his land what is not his, and I would like for you to go to him and speak to him." He said: So we rode to him while he was in his land in al-Aqiq. When he saw us, he said: "I have known what brought you, and I will narrate to you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. I heard him say: 'Whoever takes from the land what is not his, it will be encircled around his neck to the seventh of the earths on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever is killed defending his property, he is a martyr.'"
