Musnad Ahmad 9:26

Abu Sa’id narrated to us, Qays ibn al-Rabi’ narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Umayr narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Hurayth, who said: I arrived in Medina and divided [the inheritance or property] with my brother. Sa’id ibn Zayd said: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no blessing in the price of land or a house that is not invested back into land or a house."
