Musnad Ahmad 1153:1001

'Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us, he said: Jabr ibn Habib informed us, from Umm Kulthum bint Abi Bakr, from 'Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught her this supplication: "O Allah, I ask You for all good, its immediate and its delayed, what I have known of it and what I have not known. And I seek refuge in You from all evil, its immediate and its delayed, what I have known of it and what I have not known. O Allah, I ask You for the good of what Your servant and Your Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked You for, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what Your servant and Your Prophet sought refuge from. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and what brings one closer to it of speech or deed, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and what brings one closer to it of speech or deed. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree for me good."
