Musnad Ahmad 1153:1018

Waki' narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, who said: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would sleep until he breathed audibly (snored), then he would stand and pray, and he would not perform ablution."
