Musnad Ahmad 1153:1036

Waki' narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn al-Asbahani, from Mujahid ibn Wardan, from 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, from 'Aishah, that a freed slave of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, fell from a palm tree and died. He left behind something, and he did not leave behind a child nor a close relative. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Give his inheritance to a man from the people of his village."
