Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Usamah, from al-Zuhri, from ‘Urwah, from ‘Aishah, who said: "The speech of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was distinct; everyone who heard it understood it. He would not recite it rapidly in succession."
