Musnad Ahmad 1153:106

Sufyan narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr, from his father, who heard Ibn Umar, when Rafi ibn Khadij died, say: "The weeping of the living over the dead is a punishment for the dead." So I went to Amrah and mentioned that to her. She said: Aisha said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, only said to a Jewish woman: "You are weeping for her, while she is being punished." And she recited: {And no bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another} [Al-An'am: 164].
