Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Shaddad, from Abu ‘Udrah—a man who had met the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace—from Aisha, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade bathhouses for men and women. Then, he granted a concession to men [to enter them] while wearing waist-wrappers, but he did not grant a concession to women."
