Musnad Ahmad 1153:1070

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from Yahya ibn 'Abbad ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, from his father, from 'Aisha, who said: While I was with her, a man passed by who had been struck for [drinking] wine at her door. I heard the commotion of the people, so she said: "What is this?" I said: "A man was taken drunk from wine, so he was struck." She said: "Subhan Allah! I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'The drinker does not drink when he drinks while he is a believer'—meaning wine—'and the adulterer does not commit adultery when he commits it while he is a believer, and the thief does not steal when he steals while he is a believer, and the plunderer does not plunder a plunder of high value, for which people raise their heads toward him, while he is a believer. So beware, beware.'"
