Musnad Ahmad 1153:1099

Yazid narrated to us, Hammam informed us, from Qatadah, from Mutarrif, from Aisha, who said: "A black wool cloak was made for the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." She mentioned the whiteness of the Prophet and its blackness. "When he sweated, he perceived the smell of the wool from it, so he cast it off." He [the narrator] said: And I think she said: "He used to like a pleasant scent."
