Musnad Ahmad 1153:1110

Muhammad ibn Ja'far Ghundar narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far al-Makhrami narrated to us, Sa'd ibn Ibrahim informed me: That a man bequeathed a third of every dwelling of his dwellings to a person. So I asked al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, and he said: "Gather the third in one dwelling, for I heard 'Aishah say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Whoever performs an act which is not in accordance with our matter, it is rejected.'"
