Musnad Ahmad 1153:1124

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd Rabbih—meaning Ibn Sa'id—from Nafi', from Sa'ibah, from 'Aishah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the killing of the *dhu al-tufyatayn* (the one with two stripes) and the *abtar* (the short-tailed one). He said: "Indeed, they both blind the sight and cause the miscarriage of the fetus."
