Musnad Ahmad 1153:1163

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, that 'Aishah said to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "O Messenger of Allah, all of your wives have a kunyah (patronymic) except for me." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to her: "Take for yourself the kunyah Umm 'Abd Allah." So she was called Umm 'Abd Allah until she died, and she never gave birth at all.
