Musnad Ahmad 1153:1170

Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Karim informed me, that Mujahid informed him: That a freed slave of ‘A’ishah informed him—he used to lead her [mount]—that whenever she heard the sound of a bell in front of her, she would say: "Stop me." So he would stop until she could no longer hear it. And if he heard it and saw her, she would say: "Hasten me [past it] until I do not hear it." And she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, it has a follower from the jinn."
