Musnad Ahmad 1153:1203

Hashim and Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, they said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Asim, from Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Aisha, that she said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "O Allah, You have made my creation excellent, so make my character excellent."
