Musnad Ahmad 1153:123

Sufyan narrated to us, Talha ibn Yahya narrated to us, from Aisha bint Talha, from Aisha, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, is a young boy of the Ansar who has not reached the age [of puberty] one of the sparrows of Paradise?" He said: "Or something other than that, O Aisha. Allah created Paradise and created for it inhabitants, and He created the Fire and created for it inhabitants, while they were in the loins of their fathers."
