Musnad Ahmad 1153:1237

Abu Amir narrated to us, Hisham—meaning Ibn Sa'd—narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn 'Uthman ibn Hani', from 'Asim ibn 'Umar ibn 'Uthman, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon me, and I recognized in his face that something had distressed him. He performed ablution, then went out and did not speak to anyone. I drew near to the chambers and heard him saying: "O people, indeed Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) says: Enjoin the good and forbid the evil before you call upon Me and I do not answer you, and you ask of Me and I do not give to you, and you seek My help and I do not help you."
