Musnad Ahmad 1153:1286

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Amrah, from 'Aishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The hand of the thief is to be cut for a quarter of a dinar and upwards."
