Hadith 1153:1289

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'A'ishah, who said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage. I entered into the state of ihram for 'Umrah, and I had not driven the sacrificial animal. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever has the sacrificial animal with him, let him enter into the state of ihram for Hajj along with his 'Umrah, then he shall not exit the state of ihram until he exits from both of them together." Then I menstruated. When the night of 'Arafah arrived, I said: "O Messenger of Allah, I had entered into the state of ihram for 'Umrah, so what should I do regarding my Hajj?" He said: "Undo your hair, comb it, refrain from the 'Umrah, and enter into the state of ihram for Hajj." When I had completed my Hajj, he ordered 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr, and he took me to perform 'Umrah from al-Tan'im in place of the 'Umrah that I had abandoned.
