Musnad Ahmad 1153:1290

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, and Hisham, from his father, from 'Aishah, she said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, entered upon Duba'ah bint al-Zubayr ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib. She said: "I intend to perform Hajj, and I am ailing." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Perform Hajj and stipulate: 'My place of exiting ihram is wherever You restrain me.'"
