'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when he intended to depart, he was informed that Safiyyah was menstruating. He said: "Is she going to detain us?" He was informed that she had performed the *ifadah* (the circumambulation of the Ka'bah), so he commanded her to depart.
