'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Sulayman ibn Musa informed me, that Ibn Shihab informed him, that 'Urwah informed him, that 'Aishah informed him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardians, her marriage is void"—[he said it] three times—"and she is entitled to her dowry for what he has enjoyed of her. If they dispute, then the Sultan is the guardian of the one who has no guardian."
