'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, and from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, who said: A man asked 'Aisha: "Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, do anything in his house?" She said: "Yes, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to mend his sandal, sew his garment, and work in his house just as one of you works in his house."
