Musnad Ahmad 1153:1325

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, heard the voice of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari while he was reciting. He said: "Indeed, Abu Musa has been given [a portion] of the flutes of the family of Dawud."
