Musnad Ahmad 1153:1367

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Kahmas and Yazid narrated to us, he said: Abu ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri’ informed us, from Kahmas, who said: I heard ‘Abd Allah ibn Shaqiq say: I said to ‘A’ishah: "Did the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, pray the Duha prayer?" She said: "No, unless he came from his absence." He said: I said: "Did he pray sitting?" She said: "After the people had broken him." He said: I said: "Did he recite the Surahs?" She said: "The Mufassal." He said: I said: "Did he fast an entire month?" She said: "I do not know of him fasting an entire month except Ramadan, and I do not know of him breaking the fast for an entire month until he would take from it, until he passed away." Yazid said: "He would combine them," and Abu ‘Abd al-Rahman said the same.
